Gamification is in a hype at the moment! Gartner predicts Gamification to be a 1.5 Billion Dollars industry by End of yearh 2015. Me personally think it's about time for Gamification to conquer the dull, boring and un-engaged world of Information Workers.

Gamificaiton is not only about Points, Badges or Leaderboards (short PBLs). Gamification allows the paradigm shift from a process focused work to a human focused work. Through that we can boost collaboration, End User Engagement and Productivity.
Peaches Industries came up with a concept called "Gravity" which helps End Users do adopt Enterprise Software faster and more efficient. Gravity is currently designed for SharePoint and Office 365 powered Intranets, but the system can be applied to any type of Information system.
If you are interested in Gravity, read more on the Blog of Peaches Industries!

Gamification is in a trend and therefore Gravity is one of the finalists in the "Best Social Strategy awards" in the European SharePoint community. Click here to read a summary about Gravity.
Please go vote for Peaches Industries and Gravity, vote for Gamification!
